include problem?

Anybody knows what this error means:

I dont get it as it should be the excact same I made on another domain, just on a different url?

And it is the same webhosting account also

check the ownership of the file links.html
make sure its owned by your account.

how do I check that? i tryed opened the links file itself, and it shows the links in there

usually through ssh
ls -al will show you the owners of each file.
